Well, maybe a little. But it really is a matter of how we look at activity (movement). Just think “I need to move my body.” The goal is to find the activity that will help you sweat, and do it for 30 minutes daily. And start with small goals if that is best for you.
Try to do your 30 minutes of activity when you are at your best, because movement helps with mood, energy, sleep, weight control, and combats poor health.
Remember, exercise programs that insist you work out at a certain time, may not work for you. Customize what works best for you and to it.
