Attempting to achieve 30 minutes of activity that makes you sweat. That's the goal folks!
Check out this list for ideas to help you get moving.
Go to the Gym
Playing with Kids
Grab a partner, do this in a group, go solo. Do the best you can to get moving. Try to do 30 minutes if you can and the goal is to sweat.
